Verificar la viabilidad y aprobar los proyectos productivos o de vivienda de carácter individual, que deseen emprender los exintegrantes de las FARC-EP en proceso de reincorporación económica y social, conforme a lo dispuesto en el Decreto-ley 899 de 2017 y a los criterios establecidos previamente por el Consejo Nacional de Reincorporación”.
