Inhabilidades . Los miembros de la Junta Directiva no podrán tener entre sí, ni con el Gerente General, parentesco dentro del cuarto grado civil de consanguinidad o el segundo de afinidad. Con posterioridad a su designación y mientras ejerzan el cargo, ni los miembros de la Junta Directiva, ni los parientes de estos, o del Gerente dentro de los grados mencionados, podrán ser nombrados para ejercer empleos públicos o misiones remuneradas dentro del Instituto, salvo en cuanto a los primeros el desempleo de comisiones temporales fuera de la sede del Instituto, cuando pareciere indispensable.
