Adición de disposiciones a los decretos únicos reglamentarios. En aquellos casos en que las disposiciones del decreto reglamentario pretendan incorporarse como normativa novedosa, esto es, adicionar un decreto único reglamentario, aquel deberá indicar el lugar exacto en donde debe insertarse. En este sentido, todo decreto deberá señalar el libro, la parte, el título, el capítulo, la sección o el (los) artículo(s) del decreto único reglamentario que se desea agregar.
