Para el ejercicio de las facultades extraordinarias, el Gobierno designará una Comisión. De ésta harán parte dos (2) Senadores y dos (2) Representantes de las Circunscripciones Electorales de las Intendencias y Comisarías, los que serán nombrados por las respectivas directivas de las dos corporaciones.

Ley 22 de 1985 · por la cual se dictan normas sobre el Régimen Administrativo de las Intendencias y Comisarías, se faculta al Presidente de la República para reorganizar el Departamento Administrativo de Intendencias y Comisarías, modificar el Régimen Administrativo, Contractual y Fiscal en estas entidades territoriales y se dictan otras disposiciones.
