La acción civil derivada de la conducta punible se extingue por cualquiera de los modos consagrados en el Código Civil. La muerte del procesado, el indulto, la amnistía impropia, y, en general las causales de extinción de la punibilidad que no impliquen disposición del contenido económico de la obligación, no extinguen la acción civil.
