Las listas de elegibles tendrán vigencia de dos (2) años, contados a partir de la fecha en la cual queden en firme. Con éstas se proveerán los empleos objeto del concurso de las entidades obligadas a utilizarlas, las cuales informarán de los nombramientos efectuados a la Esap para la reconformación de las listas, según la reglamentación interna que ésta adopte.
