Para la fijación del precio de la expropiación o de compra se tendrá en cuenta, a fin de deducirlo en porcentaje equitativo, el mayor valor que hubieren podido recibir estos terrenos, como consecuencia de las obras urbanísticas y mejoras realizadas por los ocupantes, tanto poseedores como tenedores.
