Separación temporal. El tiempo que el Oficial o Suboficial d las Fuerzas Militares permanezca separado temporalmente, no podrá considerarse como de servicio activo para ninguno de los efectos de este estatuto. Durante dicho tiempo, los militares separados no tendrán derecho a sueldos, primas, ni prestaciones sociales pagaderas por el Ramo de Defensa.
