Art. 83. Fenecida definitivamente una cuenta sea porque el fenecimiento de 1ª instancia se haya ejecutoriado, sea por resoluciones de 2ª ó 3ª instancia, el responsable de la cuenta responderá por los alcances líquidos deducidos contra él en el fenecimiento y sin otro derecho que á los alcances deducidos á su favor en el mismo fenecimiento.
