RECONOCIMIENTO Y PAGO PRESTACIONES SOCIALES. Las entidades resolverán lo concerniente a las prestaciones sociales con sujeción estricta al orden en que se vayan presentando, sin que en ningún caso puedan concederse prelaciones en su trámite o pago. Las decisiones respectivas se adoptarán mediante providencias que se notificarán en la forma prevista en el Código Contencioso Administrativo. Las prestaciones sociales de los trabajadores oficiales deberán ser reconocidas y pagadas dentro de los noventa (90) días siguientes a su retiro. CAPITULO III.
