° De conformidad con el numeral 19 del artículo 184 de la Ley 4ª de 1913, corresponde a los Alcaldes Municipales nombrar y remover a todos los empleados municipales, tales como gerentes, directores o presidentes de los establecimientos públicos y de empresas industriales y comerciales de creación municipal, salvo aquellas designaciones que por constitución o ley estén atribuidas a otra autoridad.
