° En las catorce capitales de los restantes Departamento funcionará, a partir del 1° de junio de este año, un Juzgado de Policía cuyo personal nombrado por el Ministerio de Justicia, tendrá cada uno los empleados y las asignaciones indicadas en el artículo anterior.
