Faltas Disciplinarias, Procedimiento y Sanciones. A los miembros del Cuerpo Autónomo de la Justicia Penal Militar y Policial se les aplicarán las normas establecidas en los respectivos estatutos disciplinarios tanto de las Fuerzas Militares como de la Policía Nacional en materia de faltas disciplinarias, procedimiento y sanciones, así como las establecidas en el Código General Disciplinario.
