El incentivo a la capitalización rural es un título que incorpora un derecho personal, que expedirá el Fondo para el Financiamiento del Sector Agropecuario, FINAGRO, cuyo monto será descontado de la cuantía total o de los pagos parciales de la obligación crediticia originada en un proyecto de los que trata el artículo 21 de la presente Ley.
