º RECEPCION DE DECLARACION Y PAGO DEL IMPUESTO. La presentación de las declaraciones, así como el pago de los impuestos, deberá efectuarse en la Compañía de Fomento Cinematográfico -Focine-, o en el establecimiento bancario que ésta indique, a más tardar el día veinte (20) del mes siguiente al período que se declara, o al hábil siguiente en caso de que este día fuere festivo, y el exhibidor hará llegar a Focine dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes copia del comprobante de consignación y la declaración correspondientes.
