° El pago de esta suma se hará en los mismos términos y por igual concepto que el las señaladas en el artículo 25 del Concordato de 31 de Diciembre de 1887, aprobado por al Ley 35 de 1888 , y en el artículo 11 de la Convención entre la Santa Sede y la República, de 24 de Septiembre de 1888.
