º. El Jefe de la Casa Militar dependerá directamente del Presidente de la Republica, y en nombre de éste, dirigirá y desarrollará las siguientes funciones: Protocolo de Palacio. Régimen interno del mismo. Régimen disciplinario del personal de administración (telefonistas, intendente, chóferes, ascensoristas, conserjes, carteros, etc.). Además, ejecutará los trabajos de asesoría y de Estado Mayor que le señalen el Ministro de Guerra o el Jefe del Estado Mayor General, ante el Presidente de la República.
