De la responsabilidad de los Representantes Legales de las entidades sometidas al Régimen de Contingencias Públicas . Los Jefes de los Organismos del sector Central en los órdenes nacional, departamental y municipal, así como los Representantes Legales de las entidades enumeradas en el artículo 9º serán responsables disciplinaria, fiscal y penalmente por el cumplimiento de las presentes disposiciones.
