° Cuando en un organismo se suprima un cargo desempeñado por un empleado de carrera y dentro de los seis (6)meses siguientes fuera creado otro con funciones iguales o similares, el empleado tendrá derecho a ser nombrado sin necesidad de presentarse a concurso, siempre y cuando reúna los requisitos exigidos para su desempeño.
