Si no se presentare opositor, o si no se probare derecho en la oposición, el Juez, en la sentencia, adjudicará los bienes al Municipio correspondiente, o a éste y al demandante particular, si lo hubiere habido, en la proporción que les corresponda.

Si se tratare de vacantes, la sentencia se registrará en el lugar respectivo para que sirva de título de propiedad.
