Art. 304 . En esta actuación el amparo por pobre usara también de papel comuna no pagara derecho de ninguna clase a menos que se revoque el amparo de pobreza concedido, en cuyo caso será condenado en costos y a pagar una multa igual al valor del papel sellado que se debería haber invertido si se hubiera escrito en este papel.
