" ARTICULO 9º

"Las Partes contratantes podrán autorizar a los farmaceutas para entregar al público, a su propio juicio y en calidad de medicamentos para uso inmediato y en casos de urgencia, las siguientes preparaciones de opio: tintura de opio, láudano de Sydenham, polvos de Dover; pero la dosis máxima que en tales casos podrá darse no habrá de contener más de 0,25 gramos de opio, y el farmaceuta deberá siempre registrar en sus libros, conforme al inciso c) del artículo 6º, las cantidades que así suministrare.
