Los empleados que, en virtud de decretos expedidos por el Gobierno con posterioridad a la presentación del Presupuesto de gastos para la vigencia de 1920, se hallen en ejercicio de funciones en el ramo de Correos, devengaran los sueldos que se les hayan señalado hasta el 31 de diciembre

de 1919.
