En cada puerto habrá un Gerente que será funcionario de libre nombramiento y remoción de la Junta Directiva de la empresa. Corresponde al Gerente, conforme a los actos de la Junta Directiva, del Gerente General y de la Junta Administradora Local, administrar, explotar y mantener el puerto y sus dependencias, instalaciones y equipos.
