Los veinte mil pesos ($ 20,000) a que alude la presente Ley serán entregados al Consejo Municipal de dicho Municipio, quedando en la obligación dicho Concejo Municipal de rendir las cuentas de inversión en las obras anotadas, a la Contraloría General de la República.
