Quienes tengan asociación profesional, o comunidad de oficina con miembros de la Junta Directiva o con el Gerente, o sean sus consocios, excepto en sociedades anónimas, están asimismo inhabilitados para celebrar los actos y contratos prohibidos a aquellos. Para los funcionarios expresados y los demás de la sociedad regirán las demás incompatibilidades legales en cuanto no sean contrarias a las aquí señaladas. CAPITULO III Capital.
