Artículo primero. Adicionase el artículo 9º del Decreto 50 de 1994 en el sentido de que, igualmente los asesores 210-43,210-39, 210-37,210-35 del Departamento Administrativo de la Presidencia de la República, tendrán derecho, previa autorización del Director de dicho Departamento y de acuerdo con la disponibilidad presupuestal, a la prima técnica prevista en el Decreto 1624 de 1991 y demás disposiciones que la modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
