Art. 168 . Recibido el proceso en Juzgado del Circuito se dictará, dentro de veinticuatro horas, auto mandado poner en conocimiento de las partes el recibo de los autos, el cual se hará saber por edicto que durara fijado por las horas útiles de un día natural.
