Artículo décimo: Todas las operaciones de cargue y descargue en la Zona Franca serán ejecutadas por el personal que proporcione la Gerencia. Para este efecto la Zona Franca celebrará un contrato con Puertos de Colombia, mediante el cual ésta última entidad suministrará el personal necesario, al costo. En estas operaciones la Zona no será responsable de las consecuencias que provengan de Indicaciones erróneas, falsas o incompletas suministradas por los interesados.
