° Para los efectos del artículo 58 del Decreto 2053 de 1974, en las inversiones necesarias realizadas en materia de minas y petróleos, distintas de las efectuadas en terrenos o en bienes depreciables, se incluirán los desembolsos hechos tanto en las áreas en explotación como en áreas no productoras, continuas o discontinuas.
