Las tasas remunerativas y el régimen prestacional al cual serán sometidos quienes presten el Servicio Social Obligatorio serán los propios de la institución a la cual se vincule el personal para cumplimiento de dicho servicio y se aplicarán bajo la supervisión y control del Consejo Nacional Coordinador del Servicio Social Obligatorio.
