Validez De Exámenes Aprobados

Decreto 989 de 1992 · por el cual se reglamentan algunas disposiciones del Decreto 1211 de 1990, Estatuto del personal de Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares.

Validez de exámenes aprobados . Quienes aprobaren los exámenes de admisión al Curso de Estado Mayor en las condiciones establecidas en el

Parágrafo 1

del artículo 40 de este Decreto, y no pudieren ingresar por efecto de cupo o circunstancias del servicio, debidamente justificadas, podrán ingresar al siguiente Curso de Estado Mayor sin someterse de nuevo a pruebas de admisión.

Parágrafo

Este derecho queda condicionado a que el interesado, en el momento de su ingreso al curso, continúe llenando los demás requisitos estipulados para el efecto en el citado artículo.
