Quedarán también exentas del impuesto, las rentas de las corporaciones o asociaciones organizadas para el sostenimiento del culto, para fines de beneficencia pública, científicos y de educación, las de las Cajas de ahorro y las de las asociaciones de Mutualidad obrera, de fomento del comercio y de la industria, siempre que tales asociaciones no tengan en mira hacer negocio de ninguna especie y que sus rentas no ingresen al patrimonio de sus miembros o de una persona o entidad extranjera.
