Los Establecimientos Públicos Nacionales que no presenten a la Dirección General del Presupuesto sus proyectos de presupuesto para incorporarlos en la presente Ley, deberán repetir el presupuesto del año anterior tal como lo establece el artículo 66 del Decreto 294 de 1973.
