Devolución de mercancías a gobiernos extranjeros . En virtud de acuerdos celebrados entre Colombia y otros Estados, la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales podrá devolver a los gobiernos de dichos Estados las mercancías decomisadas que hubieren sido objeto de hurto en el exterior o violación de la normatividad aduanera al ingreso al territorio nacional.
