º. Las licencias de operadores radioaficionados se clasifican así: a). Licencias de 1ª categoría: Son aquellas que autorizan a su titular para operar estaciones de de radioaficionados de cualquier clase; b). Licencias de 2a categoría: Son aquellas que autorizan a su titular para operar estaciones de radioaficionados de 2ª y 3ª clase; y c) Licencias de 3ª categoría: Son aquellas que autorizan a su titular para operar estaciones de radioaficonados únicamente de 3ª clase.
