Nombramiento durante, el curso. Los empleados públicos al servicio del Ministerio de Defensa, o de los institutos adscritos o vinculados a éste, que reúnan los requisitos establecidos en el presente Decreto, para ser esealafonados como Oficiales de los Servicios, serán enviados en comisión de estudios a adelantar el curso reglamentario de orientación militar. Quien no tenga la categoría de empleado ingresará al curso como Especialista Cuarto.
