º. Actualización o modificación de la información. Cuando se presente una modificación en los datos que obren en el registro de proponentes, respecto de aspectos diferentes de aquellos que por ley deban haberse informado al registro público mercantil, el interesado deberá comunicarla a la cámara de comercio respectiva mediante el diligenciamiento del formulario correspondiente, acompañado de los documentos pertinentes que acrediten las modificaciones. Las cámaras de comercio deberán incluir tal información en los certificados que expidan.
