Artículo tercero. El personal médico y odontólogo graduado que se dedique dos años a trabajos en materias básicas universitarias o en servicios de medicina preventiva controlados por las Universidades, trabajos estos preparatorios para el profesorado, sea en el país a fuera de él, les será reconocido como servicio rural, previa autorización del Ministerio de Salud Pública.
