El Gobierno Nacional, por conducto del Ministerio de Educación, colocará en dicha Escuela una placa con esta inscripción "El Congreso de Colombia al preclaro ciudadano Antonio José de Jesús Cadavid Angel, en el primer Centenario de su nacimiento - Ley 71 de 1966 ". Asímismo, sostendrá cincuenta becas, que llevarán su nombre, para alumnas en dicho plantel y que se adjudicarán de acuerdo con las disposiciones que sobre estas materias tiene o establezca el Ministerio de Educación.
