Información Previa y Publicidad. La información previa y la publicidad de las SAPAC debe observar lo dispuesto en el Estatuto del Consumidor y en esta circular. Las infracciones al estatuto del consumidor, referente a la publicidad e información del cliente serán asuntos que conocerá la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, sin perjuicio de las funciones que le competen a la Superintendencia de Sociedades como supervisor de la sociedad y el desarrollo de su objeto social.
