Articulo 1º A partir del 1º de noviembre de 1983, el encaje del 8% que sobre los depósitos en cuentas de ahorro de valor constante deben mantener las Corporaciones de Ahorro y Vivienda estará representado en la siguiente manera; seis ( 6) puntos en obligaciones de valor constante sin interés emitidas por el FAVI; los dos (2) puntos restantes en "Nuevos Bonos de Vivienda Popular" del ICT a que se refiere el Decreto 3728 de 1982.
