ARTICULOS PIROTECNICOS. No se permitirá la fabricación de los siguientes artículos pirotécnicos

Aquellos en cuya composición se emplee fósforo blanco u otras sustancias prohibidas para tal efecto por el Ministerio de Salud;

Detonantes cuyo fin principal sea la producción de ruidos sin efectos luminosos. El Ministerio de Salud podrá eximir del cumplimiento de lo establecido en este numeral a aquellos artículos que, previo el cumplimiento de los requisitos de seguridad, sean empleados para deportes u otros fines específicos.
