Decreto 3366 de 2003 · por el cual se establece el régimen de sanciones por infracciones a las normas de Transporte Público Terrestre Automotor y se determinan unos procedimientos.

Anulado.

a)

Exigir u obligar a los propietarios de los vehículos vinculados a comprar acciones de la misma;

b)

No expedir el Manifiesto Unico de Carga;

c)

Permitir la prestación del servicio sin el correspondiente Manifiesto Unico de Carga;

d)

No mantener vigentes las pólizas exigidas por la ley;

e)

Permitir la prestación del servicio en vehículos no homologados por el Ministerio de transporte o quien haga sus veces;

f)

Trasladar valor del monto de la prima del seguro de que trata el artículo 994 del Código de Comercio y las normas reglamentarias al propietario del vehículo que efectúa la movilización de las mercancías.
