ART 150. Si por descuido ó negligencia del funcionario ó empleado público encargado de dicho depósito fuere alguno instruido de los planos ó diseños expresados, para el objeto indicado en el artículo anterior, ó se descubriere el secreto que se le haya confiado, el negligente sufrirá la pena de dos á seis años de prisión.
