Objeto. Este decreto tiene como objeto reorganizar el Sistema Nacional de Acompañamiento Social e Infraestructura Social al Programa de Vivienda Gratuita (5NAIS), con el fin de orientar las acciones de planificación, ejecución, evaluación y seguimiento que adelanten las entidades piJblicas y privadas, de manera que se articule la oferta social y de infraestructura social en los proyectos que se' ejecuten en el marco del Programa de Vivienda Gratuita a nivel nacional, departamental, municipal, distrital y distrito especial.
