La organización de la Policía Cívica Local se regirá por las normas generales del Estatuto de Policía Cívica que dicte la Dirección General de la Policía Nacional.
Los distintivos y el régimen de disciplina de los miembros de la Policía Cívica serán regulados por el citado estatuto.
