Art. 8.° El Poder Ejecutivo expedirá el decreto respectivo, de acuerdo con los preceptos generales de esta ley, pera el establecimiento de Cámaras de Comercio en los centros comerciales que estime conveniente establecerlas. En dicho decreto se determinarán el número de individuos del gremio comercial que deban componer la Cámara, los trámites para la elección, las facultades y deberes de esta Asamblea y todos los medios conducentes á su completa organización.
