ARTICULO 9o. Incorpórase al Decreto el siguiente artículo nuevo: ARTICULO 51 Bis : EXCEPCION. Al Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria, INCORA, no le es aplicable la limitación contenida en el numeral 1 del artículo 5 o del Decreto 2369 de 1960.
