Los Recaudadores de impuestos o contribuciones están en la obligación, como lo dispone el Artículo 4.° de esta Ley, de prestar su concurso en el servicio de Estadística, y por lo mismo toca a ellos ser intermediarios, a fin de que se despachen oportunamente, con la debida exactitud, los cuadros que corresponden llenar a los contribuyentes y formar por sí los que sean de su incumbencia.
